Neumonic is an iOS app that helps you memorize your 12-word BIP-39 mnemonic seed phrase using scientifically proven spaced repetition techniques based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.
Yes. Neumonic is completely offline — it never connects to the internet. Your mnemonic words are stored exclusively in the iOS Keychain with hardware-level security. The app uses Face ID / Touch ID for access protection and blocks screenshots.
No. Neumonic only helps you memorize an existing seed phrase that you already have. You must enter your own 12-word mnemonic.
Neumonic breaks your 12 words into groups of 3 and uses 4 quiz types (fill-in-the-blank, sequence ordering, position recall, full typing) with increasing difficulty. The spaced repetition engine schedules reviews at optimal intervals (20min → 1hr → 1day → 3days → 1week → 2weeks → 1month).
Most users can fully memorize their seed phrase within 2-4 weeks with consistent daily practice.
The word's review interval resets to the beginning, ensuring you practice it more frequently until it sticks.
